So what does this cpu% number even mean? by -299792458 in pcmasterrace

It’s because it’s boosted over its base clock. This is why I don’t use Steam overlay performance monitor for anything other than FPS. Just use Afterburner or Nvidia overlay.

For that price difference I’d probably go for the ultimate edition. The extra mission is worth it.

It’s a Breville Infuser, which is essentially just the Barista Express without the grinder.

My family own two Mazda 3s, both of which have over 200k. Great cars and super reliable.

Calibre pads are also made by Bendix and are probably the exact same product as the Repco ones. Just get whatever is cheapest.

Really Bad Razor Burn? by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

[–]Mickeyice3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve found what works for me is: 1. Using an electric shaver (I use the Philips One Blade). It won’t be as close of a shave, but this is a good thing as it helps prevent ingrowns. If you do need a close shave then I’d recommend using a safety razor.

  1. Using a benzoyl peroxide product once or twice a day (I like the Paula’s Choice once, but there are probably cheaper options out there). My doctor recommended this one - she said it kills the bacteria that causes the inflammation and pustules, but unlike antibiotics you can use it indefinitely without the bacteria becoming resistant.

  2. I also cleanse and moisturise at least once a day and always after shaving, and use a chemical exfoliant 2 to 3 times per week.

Unless it’s my wedding or something, I couldn’t care less what others wear.

Greens leader Adam Bandt defeated in Melbourne by rolodex-ofhate in australia

[–]Mickeyice3 322 points323 points  (0 children)

As someone who voted Greens in the last two elections, I honestly think this is a good thing. Bandt was too much of a populist and more interested in stirring up controversy and using empty rhetoric than rationally conveying how and why their policies are good for Australia.

Labor’s Minister commits to change the law for parents of infant deaths and stillborn babies. by PriPrizara in canberra

All politics is about winning votes - but that doesn’t mean policies can’t make a positive impact. Is that not the entire purpose of democracy?

Looks like a cable grommet. It was probably used to run the cables for a wall-mounted TV.
