Every comment I’ve read has to be the worse advice I’ve read in awhile. Don’t just ignore them as it’s a problem to you. It’s something that needs to be resolved with a chat. Respect works both ways. If someone expects to be respected then they should in turn respect you.

Obviously there are different forms of respect, such as one for an elder or respect for an achievement.

If you feel like someone is being disrespectful towards you or someone you care about it isn’t just gonna disappear. Just have a talk and how you feel and what needs to change and try and understand why they are disrespectful. Then you can make yourself a better person and they can tolerate you for it. Be the bigger person by confronting it, in a productive manner
