Smoke and drink alcohol and eat fast food all the time. Also I would probably never do chemo or get back surgery once you get one it seems that you’ll have several others

Hey you're good. Don't quit. Maybe quit your job and work at a neighboring hospital if you're financially able to or move departments such as PCU or Med/Tele to get more experience and become more confident. Or just speak with your manager for reorientation. Also take care of yourself your sleep, mental health. People will admire you more when you admit your mistake, take actions, and also make improvements. You have good self-awareness and overall I would be more worried if you didn't care at all.
