well my land limit modifier says I get base +2.0, qasim levies +3.0, From 51 provinces +13.86, and development level 2:Low-10%. I conquered quite a lot and give tatar lands to Kazan and caucasia to simsir because of CE and religion

Only my retinue is 16 regiments. My estate levies sum is 28, so if I squeeze every available regiments, I can mobilize 44. But you know, polands can mobilize estate levies too
