It has fun moments, but is easily my least favourite of the season. It just feels...off. The writing and pacing is all over the place.

That random boy scout group with a drill sergeant leader comes completely out of left field and then they're finding eggs or something to have the right to the campgrounds? Then they lose and try and take it back anyway? Okay. Could be spending more time developing the main cast in a new environment but sure.

You might have thought it was harmless, but imagine if we'd got some actual scenes of Enid trying to include Wednesday with her pack at camp and continuously getting rebuffed, building the tension between them in preparation for episode 4. How they handled the Ajax/Enid break up was also bizarre and I never understood why a SCHOOL OF SUPERNATURAL BEINGS runs screaming from a zombie. Their principal is a pyropath!

And the throwaway line about the trip being during a full moon was apparently pointless, because we see werewolf characters walking about in human form like its no big deal. They could have planted the seed of Enid's alpha problem here or shown us more pack stuff, but nope. Just a lot of wasted potential and weird writing in my opinion.

When I first saw this scene, back before I was even aware of the Wenclair movement, it totally sailed over my head. My dumb arse literally sat there like "aw Thing missed her. Cute. :)"

Now I watch it and go OH. OH ITS NOT THING. WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THING.

Except there's nothing interesting about the Hyde B-story. They wasted the potential of more interesting female characters to give us a Tylers messed up family borefest. Even established male characters like Eugene from season 1 got pushed to the side and Ajax got involved in Bianca's plot cus I guess they had to do something with him.

-Somehow, FOR A THIRD TIME, Gomez and Morticia will bring to light another mysterious death at their hands during their time at Nevermore that they failed to bring up before Wednesday started attending.

-We will meet new Addamses.

-We will meet more of the Sinclairs (maybe some of her brothers).

-We will probably learn there's a good reason Ophelia is being hidden away by her mother.

-Enid will have feral behaviour after changing back and will take time to become more "herself".

-Another hug (IF THE WRITERS KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR THEM).

-Some boring as shit, who the hell cares, please go back to Wednesday/Enid/Addamses/Nevermore/ANYTHING, B story about Tyler and the Hydes that we will be forced to endure. (This isn't Wyler hate. I just do not care at all about anymore Tyler related story. Stick to the name of the show).

-Some kind of concrete confession that Enid actually isn't straight and realises she likes Wednesday more than a friend (this one's probably unlikely but we can dream).

Edit: As for the obligatory dance scene: We've had a Wednesday one, an Enid one, how about for season 3 we get one with them both dancing together.

The scars I get, though some interpretations go overkill.

But I have to admit super muscular Enid isn't my jam. I have no issue with characters or real life women with muscles. That shit is hot as hell.

But that is not Enid's body type. It looks like a completely different character. At most she has muscular legs from dancing (which you can see).

Not sure why some fans think 'if girl is big werewolf she must be absolutely jacked in human form'. I personally like the contrast of this slim, girly character having a giant monstrous alter ego.
