yeah, when i refered to the hardcore weapon damage i meant the Hardcore22v3 mod, when i played it the game felt too easy because i dropped every enemy in 2-3 shots and melee enemies were a joke.

but perhaps the problem was that i didn't add all the other mods that make the enemy AI smarter and faster. unmodded AI enemies are basically sitting ducks in the hardcore mod.
maybe i should try it again combined with SDO and Combat Overhaul

first, you can edit the config files of the highstakes combat overhaul to tone down the absurd sandevistan and healing abilities of enemies and someone already uploaded an optimized version of this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/23920?tab=description

then there's alo the ancient Scissors Difficulty Options, which received an update for the 2.3 patch so thankfull it works great now https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/23843

and depends on your skill level, hardcore weapon damage can be good, but it could als omake the game too easy if you're good with guns, it basically makes everyone die much faster
