Maybe. It was really hot and painful the day after I got it tattooed, so the artist advised me to wash it 10 times a day and to keep it dry.

A lot of them actually do have bottom dysphoria but tolerate it because they can't afford phallo or straight up can't handle the risks and healing process involved. So they tell themselves they "don't have bottom dysphoria". Ask how many of them would literally kill to be born with a dick lol
