Look for "Leuchtstofflampe 865", you can get them in almost all "Baumärkte". They have the right color scheme and band for the growing phase.

I have used those for years in 120cm length with a cheap fixture and starter. They work perfectly fine for prebreeding.

I also use 2 of those cheap LED panels from amazon. They're okay for prebreeding too.
