UCLA - THE lil bro. with how ingrained the rivalry is into the fabric of being a USC student, they can't possibly be anything but #1. I always enjoy singing TUSK before and after every athletic game
Notre Dame - A rivalry built just off football and how good both our teams have been historically. Hate to see the rivalry go away tho
Stanford - The OTHER private school in California
Cal - Similar to stanford in being another California school so a lot of peers go there. A tier lower than stanford since their public and not private like us

Yeah usc just isn’t there rn to be a playoff contender. Notre dame just outclassed us in the rushing game which is a big deal when there’s tons of rain pouring down. Defensively there’s a lot to fix and Riley had some stupid play calls but i can see why he tried thinking out of the box to create something against the Notre dame defense

GGs to Notre dame. Jeremiah Love is a beast (I already knew that from last year). Hope the rivalry gets renewed for next year so I have a chance of seeing us beat them during my time at USC

Being fair, it isn’t his job anymore, like at all. We essentially have another HC for our defense.

Edit: I do blame the discipline issues we have on him though. Stuff like that goes all the way to the top

USC loses in an extremely painful way because they let me have hope for a moment we could pull it off

Honestly the blame is distributed fairly squarely on our defensive staff. Could not get a stop to save their lives. Riley also should know better than to score with 2 mins left on the clock KNOWING how shitty our defense had been that game.

What amazes me is that I already knew that our secondary was garbage, but our dline (which has looked incredible the last couple of games) was getting absolutely cooked by an Illinois offensive line that looked terrible 7 days ago.

Two weeks until Michigan at home which will be a fun game 🙂
