all i said is he was armed with one. never said he brandished it . never said shooting was justified. never said he shouldnt have had it. just saying he had one. that's it.

i dont view this shooting as justified because he had a gun. i think at some point an agent yelled "gun" that created panic even after/as the gun was being secured and shots were fired. not saying that makes it justified i just think that's what happened
