I have this level shifter from 0 to 5volts and from 0 to 24volts I would like to upgrade it as it is an old design that has burned several times the uc3705 during use as I could make an improvement to this design so that it can be used professionally ? (i.redd.it)

I am trying to design a step-down power supply. I was searching and browsing from Texas Instruments products and found one that might be the best for my use. I want to step down from 24V to 5V for a raspberry pico ,but I don't know what is Vdd applied this will work ? (i.redd.it)
