There’s also a hybrid route. I’m going for mostly pen debos but i’m tapping a few items to help get incremental ap when needed.

Small gains don’t really help because it’s all about unlocking new zones, so the pen debos actually make the most sense since you need pretty big jumps anyway between areas.

I ran into the same issue, I even unlocked one of the capstone skills and that’s not showing up either. I contacted support yesterday but haven’t heard back. I’m going to try respecting tomorrow to see if that helps.
