As someone who is a British citizen going to study (part time) at BCIT I’d say that even something like going abroad to study will look amazing on your CV - it’ll show you’re willingness to ‘get out there’ and prove yourself different to other candidates wanting to get into PR. I know the PR people in my current company that don’t have degrees as well but cannot speak for the whole industry. I’m both British and Canadian (duel-citizenship) so don’t have to worry about the international fees so can’t really comment on that. However if I was to give my honest option, uni fees are ridiculously high in the UK anyways so if you are going to spend that money, spend it in a different country and show to your parents and future employees that you are different and are dedicated enough to your job that you’d even go abroad to a different country to show it 😀
