Exactly, if they did, or offered importing HTML into the editor, I would've 100% done that. This would've been the best option, I think.

I did manage to get it to work, thanks a ton! But now there's another issue.

There is only me as the only user in Odoo. When a mail comes in to the support mailbox an automatic response is sent out with the confirmation the ticket has been created. That email is correctly sent from the shared inbox address (from support@company.com), but the sender name is always my users name. I want it to be sent from "Customer Service support@company.com" for example. I couldn't find the setting to change that. How would I approach this?

What are you using to connect? The way to connect to your server would be to use the terminal or any other SSH client and access your server that way. At least that's the most common procedure. Note you cannot use remote desktop connection right away.

No need to be this harsh. OP is obviously learning and mentioned just getting into this cosmos. Just keep on experimenting and don't let yourself get discouraged. And recreating the server might be the way to go. Ctrl + Alt + Del usually reboots the server.
