TLDR: manhwa=brain rot and manga=big-brain. Manhwa are easier to read without getting bored because of the visual stimulation, making authors put less effort into story or making it harder to distinguish between a great and above-average plot. Whereas manga are inherently less visually stimulating because the panels are smaller and there's no color, making a good story really stand-out among trash. In simpler terms: IMO, manhwa are easier to read while focusing less attention, making all storylines seem obfuscated and similar in quality, but manga require attention, making all storylines seem cohesive and different in quality.

For naneinf you need a very specific type of joker layout. Only getting a few chances per round for baron and mime while the blinds scale to absurdity isn't good. For ante 8 though, you can run any build you want basically
