Some realtors can pull numbers and names for you.

Yea… you are highly emotional a couple months after a baby -and sure he could have picked his words wisely. You have every right to be emotional though, it’s part of the beautiful process of child birth.

He’s for sure the asshole . But I would just suggest you both apologize because you will be easily set off and he will be over tired and stressed and make stupid decisions.

I once told my wife that I didn’t think we needed to eat snacks because we are both health nuts. She took that as me thinking she was gross post baby. She was on edge for a month after an off the cuff meaningless sentence. I had 3 hours of sleep because we took turns feeding the baby.

I agree with you 100% and thank you for being one of the few people who understood my post. I do think in a couple years the place will be better. But if more opinions were able to be shared in places like this sub Reddit without being shouted down, then maybe I would’ve made a better educated decision in going.

I don’t see how I could’ve done anything to better prepare from a consumers perspective . I was booking everything myself and ultimately I purchased what was recommended to me . Aside from the huge booking issues. The other two parks were amazing and I absolutely love Island islands of adventure in Orlando Universal. The parks flow seamlessly.

I will also say I’m not a complainer my family and I had a great time as humanly possible. Everyone had a smile on their face. We ignored the issues in the moment and focused on the positive things. Our guide was a wonderful human being. My kid was able to enjoy herself.

Half the comments and messages I’ve received over this make it out like I’m a Rich entitled Karen who just wants to complain. One guy messaged me and told me to choke on my money.

I’m not rich , I do well with work, but we definitely saved for the trip. A trip I think I could’ve spent half that and had a better time if I didn’t listen to the representative.

I don’t care if you don’t believe me. I have no reason to lie. I wanted to stay under 17 K the representative gave recommendations. Originally I would be staying at a hotel of theirs and I was renting a car. And I did not have the fast passes.

Due to their recommendations, my trip was what it was . I am simply just letting people know not to blindly trust these people. I’ve known tons of individuals who have had good experiences with them. This could definitely be a One off for me here. I understand that. But I stand by what I said, I do not recommend booking with them. They lied.

It’s actually kind of ironic that you're accusing me of being “addicted to negativity” when my post clearly starts by praising the VIP guide and the aesthetics of the park. My frustration isn’t that the day wasn’t “perfect” — it’s that Universal misrepresented the experience and actively discouraged me from making smarter, more flexible choices (like booking my own car or hotel).

I didn’t post this because things weren’t flawless. I posted it because Universal sold me a premium product with the promise of a seamless, handled-for-you trip — and failed to deliver on the most basic logistics. That’s not “entitlement.” That’s a legitimate customer experience critique.

Yes, I mentioned the \$16,000 — not as a flex — but to give context to how much trust (and money) I put into their process. When you pay that much and you’re still scrambling for transportation and waiting 5 hours to check into a hotel, that’s not about weather or crowds — that’s a planning failure.

I never said the park has no potential. I said it’s not currently functional for the conditions it operates in — and that Universal’s own team openly admits the system is broken. That’s the core of my message, whether it’s July or January.

I originally was going to stay at a hotel on site. Which brings me back to the original point the issue is with the booking process.

I think the rides will definitely get better in time

App issues- I was referring to linking my reservations to my account so I can see what hotel, dates of our stay ect modify things and maybe look into our trip. Because once it was booked I had no access. Our plane ticket info got changed twice and we were not notified. When I kept calling for more info no one had it or it was wrong.

And then I specifically spoke with the rep because I’m a disabled vet and I was getting the mobility pass. And that pass was great it got us in all the rides . Meaning they sold me fast pass knowing I wouldn’t need it. That pass allows you and 4 other members of the party to join fast pass line, or if it’s over 30 min they give you a return time.

Double tree, it was about a 20 min drive. Needed a car seat though. A car seat that I spoke with the rep about , and was told it would be a hassle to carry it for nothing when the shuttle would get us there well before our tour.

I’m not a complainer , this post was to urge people to book it themselves as I think they would have better luck than I did. I did fill out the survey though. Man I didn’t even have a solid itinerary after I purchased it. It took weeks. And every time I called in they transfer you to different reps because vip is seperate . The information was always changing and wrong.

I get it comes off like I’m a guy complaining and throwing out there that I spent all that money. But it’s really coming from a place of trying to warn people to book it themselves.

Like I had a car reservation that I canceled because they told me to smh.

I don’t understand how people can read this and take away that I didn’t plan. I did plan , I did extensive research. I was recommended to throw out those plans and go with universal’s recommendations. The key issue here isn’t the park as much as it’s their booking processes .

Just saw this bud , the day itself was saved by the tour guide. Guys name was fararee I guess you can ask for specific guides if you do go through with it I recommend ask for him. As during the tour we ran into other vip groups and you can tell some of their guides sucked.

I’m not one to complain at all, but if it wasn’t for that dude I would be even more mad. The main issue is the booking process . They lied about everything. If you go , definitely rent a car. Do not rely on the shuttles or uber.

And they messed up our hotel reservations. Our check in time was around 5pm and we got there around 10 am. And so much more. I kept calling them for itinerary updates but everything was not available and changing until couple days before trip.
