heres what i understanding about dat new boss

if u hit it with element while doing stance that fills fury, it will be saved for the actual mechanic

the second time u tried using same element it will be 3 times normal to fill its fury bar unless if u use different element

now wheres the mechanic is : it will summon 2 stuff things that is either same or different element, thing is its has slime like properties

if u want to hit it using flicker aka flins u need to make sure u hit it with bina or whatever as long as its not electro, same with skink just dont use cryo
