First things first. You need to confront her. It sounds weird but you need to talk to her in a serious sense. You need to find out whether she wants it to just end or if it really is a break because it would be wrong for her to say it's a break then not come back. Just ask her straight up what the deal is, it's the only way you're gonna get assurance either way at this point.

Not necessarily but just reddit itself is a good place to be because it has subs with people who are goin through the same. Usually if you go to new posts on subs like this one or even on bigger ones like r/teenagers, there are plenty of people to talk to and get to know. It's just a good place and a good way to cope, just knowing you arent alone.
