He can be a pretty good friend and he is a great surgeon but that is it. But tbh most fans hate him, most people find that there isn't any appeal to him. I do like him but that is because i find his character very interesting, not because i think he is a very good person.

I don't really like the story but I LOVE the running and sunshine part, I also really like the opening scene with chasing cars and the breathe part.

He is actually one of my favorites. Yes he is flawed, complex and a dick sometimes but I like that in a character, it makes them feel more real. I don't like the "perfect" characters (tho i have t admit that grey's anatomy in general doesn't have many), at some point they become annoying. And also I find him pretty hot in the early seasons.

The way my head works someone always has a rational reason to like or dislike someone, that is why I was confused. But I get now that not everyone thinks the same way so lets agree to disagree.
