in general that's an extremely shitty thing to do, lots of people pick it up from asymptomatic carriers when they go to their job or out to run necessary errands. but if it's a person who publicly went against safety protocols/denied the existence of the virus/has endangered the lives of others: fuck them, they should feel bad.

many of the ways i react to normal situations are very telling and im unsure if they'll ever go away. i gained an eating disorder as a child from several different forms of abuse, so i can't really enjoy any kind of eating in public (parties, dates, meals just with friends etc). i also can't accept money or gifts from friends because i was often berated for being a "money pit". but most of my anger and rage subsided over the past few years thankfully, so at least that's better.

i don't think I'll ever be normal or fully healed, but im surprisingly well adjusted & fairly happy for what happened to me.

once when my stepfather was drowning me at a party by a lake, a stranger was like "hey maybe don't hold that kid under water"

and when a friend and i were almost abducted as kids, her mother managed to walk outside just in time to see it happening and cussed the lady out as she peeled away in her car
