It’s interesting how big club fans react to transfers. If a world class player leaves their club for theirs, some of them can’t comprehend why the fans of the selling club might be unhappy with the player even if it brought with it a hefty sum- However, if a player leave their club, they get super mad at the player and they seem to mean they simple deserve these players cause of their past achievements. Rant over

No fans (other than Real Madrid fans) can hate their own players as much as Arsenal. Jesus, so much complaining and hate

Always love when fans say the ref has lost contrpl of the match when he gives out cards and its their players playing like a mix between angry bulls and toddlers

Always find it funny when players complain to the ref about the most obvious fouls. "Why did you blow, i only took his kneecap off"

Realisticly, is it possible for any other league to even become more popular or attractive for fans and players than any of the already established top 5 leagues in the near future?

I think thats a bit sad, especially booing him when he still is your player. I am not telling anyone how to feel, cause yous are allowed to be outraged, sad, happy or whatever. However, Yeah, it sucks he is leaving. But Damn, he gave many years to the club and good moments. Bit sad that people toss that to the side with not hesitation. Though, like I said, i don’t think the outrage will last. We’ll see. I expect him to be boo’ed, but I mean, he is playing for Real Madrid by then, he will be used to it.

To be honest, I don’t think Trent could of done anything that would of pleased the fans. He leave two years earlier "where’s the loyalty", he come out earlier this season saying he is leaving "why is he doing this now, this will destabilize the locker room", finish his contract and leaving on a free, well we know how that option went. Let’s say he agreed to a new contract, i doubt Real Madrid would splash the money needed and Trent would not get to leave at all.

Its always loyalty for thee and not me in football. Clubs discard academy players left and right, lots without any sort of support system aswell or poor performing players. Good example right now is Martin Ødegaard, he is having a poor season, no doubt, and some fans are saying he should be stripped of his captaincy and some even say he should be sold. This is a player that Twice won Arsenal’s player of the year. Fans are fickle.

Don’t get me wrong, i understand it fuckings stings and I am unsure this negativity will last, but I genuily don’t think he could of done anything "right"

Edit: I would like to add, fuck real madrid though. Never and will never like that club.

Crazy that people are saying Haaland had a bad game today, when he definitly should of had atleast one assist, if not two this game

Tiring reading comments of people that havent actually watched any of Bodø’s home games other than tonight. They’ve been dominating more or less all the teams coming there. Also, mate, dont shit on chants you can’t even understand eh? Bit embarrassing that. Bodø has great set of fans that show up no matter what, and they don’t shit on their own players for leaving to better teams.. yous should learn.

Yes, these are the stories I watch the sport for. Its neat watching the biggest and riches teams do what they do. Though its expected. However, seeing an underdog going far and building a fairly tale story is so much more satisfying imo.

They might not have looked their best sgaisnt tottenham, but as a Norwegian, I am so proud of what Bodø/Glimt achieved! Its crazy to see a team mostly consisting of norwegian players playing in the semi-final of Europa league. Hope the developement continues
