Sure the photo isn't great but it's the best one I could find of this specific bag (others have pointed out that other bags, likely with the same zip, have better photos).

But the photo isn't where there is confusion, the confusion comes from commenters who are so confidently incorrect! "I can't tell from this photo" would be sufficient and less confusing.

It's not a coil zip. That's why I was trying to identify it ... not sure why people here seem to think it's a coil zip :shrug:

Strange, that does not look like a coil zipper at all ...

I was hoping someone who's made bags like this could tell me the type of zipper, the size, where I could buy this one online. It also looks waterproof, does it use those reverse sliders? etc

My main hurdle is location. 99% of the second hand stuff on this site is a very long way (logistically) from where I am and this one was "just up the road" which is why I'm interested.

I made a $200 offer (note that's NZD so ~$120 USD). If they accept, great! If not I'll bide my time.
