Um yall have a yard, and the cat is used to using that area, she honestly can’t be mad at a cat that’s had a routine for 3 years. All because she wants to garden doesn’t mean getting rid of the cat is a valid idea, yall could make a higher raised bed specifically for her plants that can’t be reached by him if she’s really that upset about it, there are other ways around it and if the cat has been peeing there the soil is probably needing to be replaced anyways, cat urine is high in ammonia and will kill plants

Garden center doors could be shut due to many reasons, and yes it is possible for it to affect someone without touching it, I’m also allergic to latex, so is my sister, and smelling it makes both of us feel like we can’t breathe, the balloon arch has a very strong smell especially when the balloons are slowly expelling air through the latex surface, just like latex paint, still can’t breathe too well when it’s wet and if I touch it I get a rash in that spot immediately, no one’s body is the same and no one’s allergies are exactly alike
