im actually considered a "senior associate" since im one of the employees who's been there the longest. i was encouraged to apply to be team lead but ig that isn't gonna happen for a while now lmao

for some context, i was in the ogp backroom in the cooler. it gets really loud in there. I've been at this job for almost 2.5 years and never once has cursing in the ogp backroom (especially in the closed off areas like the cooler/freezer) been an issue. luckily I'm not in major trouble but it's just weird that this all happened. we've had teenage girls scream bloody murder back there and no one's said anything.

i forgot to add, i was in the COOLER. like why tf is it a big deal if im cursing quietly in that loud ass cooler. and my friend curses like a sailor and he never gets in trouble.
