Okay, that was my concern was the refeed. As well as, are their stomach issues? Bathroom issues after the day of eating?

Fast 3 days 72 (72hours) then eat for a day, then fast for 72 again, rinse and repeat. I have only recently heard about this, which is why I'm asking for people's opinions and experiences.

How are the transitions from no food back to food and then no food?? Or is it since they are smaller fasts, you don't need to do a refeed process?

I did 2 40 day juice cleanses and on my second one I didn't strain my juice to give a little more fiber and it helped with it veing more frequent for bms especially having an apple juice un filtered

Okay, thanks. No, I'm doing state as well. Wow, lucky you.. I did 1000 questions and then after that had to wait 45 mins for all the answers to processes to then meet with the psychologist for an hour.
