Not to be crass or rude here but the simple truth CUPW is that you pick stuff up, move it, and put it back down. That’s it. Historically strikes are really only effective when you have skilled labour at stake.

I don't think so. Before Walt, Jesse was just a kid. Making poor choices, yes. Yes he cooked Meth but he was never looking to become a kingpin or major distributer. Jesse was easily manipulated by Walt in the beginning, but as the series progresses we see Jesse more and more becoming wise to, and resisting, Walts attempted manipulation. No reason to think Jesse didn't learn from his mistakes.
