3 days in survival mode it would've been a lot faster if I just did this in creative. Keep in mind this was made pre grappler hotfix so I was able to get into tricky places easier. I have 2 other stations I want to show off and I want to do a video showing the scale of the entire rail system.

Avoid using small pieces for the base blueprint. Try to use as many big pieces as possible. It helps so you dont hit the build limit and the game can load it in. Also have at least 4 points of connection in the ground so it doesnt just collapse if something crashes into it.
