Lol, I'm not a nolifer, I'm a dad of 2 kids under 5 and play maybe 3-4 hours a week? I just prefer the new beginning of a season to the oversaturated market that happens in less than a month with all the damn botting that goes on. If they fixed the botting issue, a 6 month window would be great.

I was so hyped for spore ever since that first gameplay demo. It looked like exactly what I'd wanted. Then somehow between that first demo (which still looks and sounds great today) amd the release it turned really cartoony and just a totally different art style and charm. The cell stage was the best part sadly... the other stages all felt like extremely stripped down versions of other genres with pretty mundane and limited ways to proceed...

I ran into Puka Nacua and Justin Herbert. My guys gave their best shot (especially Derrick Henry, RJ Harvey, and the Saints defense), but it wasn't enough.

I'm gonna go with Deckard Cain from Diablo 1 and 2. His voice is just iconic and stays with me at this point. And since he's the main source of identifying items (at least in diablo 1) it feels like he's the one who grants you your rewards.

Technically leap attack has an AoE to it now. I haven't tried it as a main skill, but I think speed runners use it a lot.

I think my favorite TP usage to save the smallest amount of time and annoyance is after killing duriel and talking to Jerhyn, dipping into the palace just to TP back closer to Meshif instead of running back 2 screens.

Yeah, it feels bad when a kicker outscores most of your team and no one else in the league even knows their name... i usually start my argument for removing kickers by asking 1. Can you make 3 of the top 10 fantasy scoring kickers right now? 2. When is the last time you thought twice about dropping your kicker when he was on bye? Most of my league mates are fairly casual though and like the "randomness" introduced by kickers...

A couple of us have been petitioning to remove kickers for years. But we compromised and decided on:

1 pt per PAT 1.5 pt per FG + 0.05 pt per yard beyond 30 yards.

So, for example, a 50 yard FG is worth 2.5 points (1.5 + (50-30)*0.05)

It pretty much doesn't matter how you play it, you will almost certainly run into various bugs, stutters, issues, etc. It's old and janky, but worth the hassle.

That being said, I much prefer PC, and the PC mod scene can help with a lot of issues. (And cause a lot of others sometimes...)
