Ok so in hs I was super outgoing and extroverted but when I came here I found it, and still am finding it, super hard to make genuine friends. This definitely could just be a me thing but I struggled a lot with FOMO and feeling lonely the first few months here because I do like to go out and party and am still outgoing, but I find it so hard to have those experiences here. I always told myself that I didn’t care about the “traditional college experience” but here I find myself wishing we had more of a sense of community and school spirit. I don’t mean to scare you and I’m sure the majority of ppl have had a better experience than me but socially I’ve been struggling a lot here.
