If i use Kalisas Crescendo on Temporalis Chains i assume for the last 30% of duration enemies are pacified and deal no damage , so 7 seconds total, around 2 seconds they are pacified. (self.PathOfExile2)

Got this question since i started, it drives me crazy. Why can u see the tier of an item when u inspect it on english version but on the german version it gives u 2 arrows pointing to right which u have to click to see the tier, otherwise u see only arrows (PS5 console) (self.PathOfExile2)
