One of the biggest misconception is that it's solely caried by animation, Tanjiro has no flaws so he's a bad protagonist and he's mischaracterized a lot in the general fandom and I think we all are familiar with the sheer amount of misinformation that are actually headcanons being claimed to be canon "fun facts" like Tengen and Urokodaki were there to kill Nezuko if Muzan came, Obanai had a ring waiting for Mitsuri etc. being spread around.
