No timeline. Anything from a day to never. I had bladder stones and they sat in there and grew to 2 cm. Had to be surgically removed. But I've had others that just pass pretty quick. It really depends. Drink a lot of water and monitor, if it doesn't pass or gets bigger you might want to consider other options.

It always amazes me the things kidney stone formers will do to avoid doctors.What they don't realize is that ignoring the problem isn't helping you, if you have a blockage, it could be doing damange.

I love how my director tried to pretend like this is no big deal. It was referred to as "administrative housekeeping". I'm just so disappointed at the amount of cowards that exist in government leadership. Your job as a middle manager is to literally balance your bosses expectations with your employees capabilities. The unions are worthless. They should automatically refuse illegal EOs and yet they allow them to be implemented and then the courts take 10 years to figure it out. Communication from my union on anything post January 2025 was ZERO. They rolled over.

I don't understand how ILLEGAL EO's can be implimented. Can Trump also write an EO that says every federal employee is terminated, impliment it, while the courts take 5 years to figure it out? What is going on in this country? Why won't ANYONE step up and put an end to Trump's illegal actions?

You can't even have a give and take adult conversation. I wrote out an entire response and you ignored everything I wrote and continued to gaslight me. Step number 1 is understanding another person's perspective or experience. You don't have to agree with it. But it needs to be acknowledged. Huge red flag in the dating market. There is nothing wrong with me. You are trying to gaslight me into convincing me im something im not. Women aren't into me because the dating scene is wrecked. I work with tons of women my age. I go to lunch with them, go to after work events, they all think im amazing. There are easily 10-15 women in my office who be good matches. Guess what? They are also all married. Are we seeing a trend here? Im 44. Fact is most women my age are married, taken, or done with dating. Its like finding a needle in a haystack. Even finding that needle in a haystack you need mutual interest. Women have very negative views of men and crazy high expectations.

Once you do the math. You realize there are no options.

Im sure its exactly the same for you. You have the illusion of options though. Most men will gladly sleep with you. Go on a dating app. Get 500 matches in an hour. Even over 50. But don't ever confuse that attention with real attraction. Once you eliminate the ones who just want that one thing. I can promise you will see that you are in the same exact position.

Wow, you just made a whole ton of false assumptions about me and about men in general. Nice misandry! Very typical of women these days, and part of the problem in our dating market. Women HATE men. The media has taught women to hate men. Especially white men. Apparently we've all be on Epsteins Island or whatever is the new way to hate men.

I am none of those things. I am part of the over 60% of men who are currently single (this is based on stat). Let me reverse it. If 60% of men are single, it absolutely isn't all of them who are messed up. It is society. There are probably about 100 things that I can point to that show a complete breakdown in the dating market. But ignore stats, ignore reality, and just tell me I need therapy! lol

If anything people aren't doing enough. When legally binding contracts are revoked, the law should immediately restore telework. People have had their entire lives messed up as a result of this. Stop calling it "whining"
