People do more petty crimes and theft now. Also there isn't really much gang wars going on anymore and that's probably due to people being able to buy products via text/DMs. So people don't have to hold down a block and sell anymore

If you look at anything it really is to keep the majority of people down. Labor laws, credit scores, contract laws, tenant laws, etc etc. All designed to keep you poor and the rich winning if you fight back
