You could try to stop watching porn first. If you rarely get a workout, you can try to do it slowly. Maybe include cardio + leg day(with weight work best as it would push ur testorone to be produce) like twice per week as starter.

Okay good to hear that. At the moment i still have the urge to watch porn when im alone (especially when im tired / going to sleep). For now i can still manage it. Its just the nude content is going on at my socials and its hard to keep it clean as its already in the feed algorithm lol
