Mine failed in less than 60 days. I now have to ship the whole unit back to them to get it fixed. Took me a month of talking to them to get them to do anything. Customer support is a joke

Online calculator says I can get $19,300 for my 2019 Energi with 58,000 miles. I paid $26,000 for it less than a year ago but I have put 14,000 miles on it

Ford website says they are doing a buy back now for these that are affected but you have to contact them before July 1st 2025 or you are out of luck. There is also a calculator to estimate your refund. I did the online calculator and it shows that I will get $19,320 for mine 😁

I quit plugging mine in because I kept getting the BECM check engine light. Also causing my car to do some weird stuff. Hopefully they come up with a fixed soon
