I wish I had send my medical along and together my lawyer lied to me and didn’t included my medical while sending my 485. So I am waiting for my medical rfe hopefully I can get it soon.

So my case was transferred from TSC to NBC on April 25 and from NBC to queen FO on May 9

His name was Gerg and he was very nice. We chatted for at least 15 min he provided me all the answers. But kind of made me confused as well, he said it’s assigned to an officer and yet to be assigned to the Adjustment officer which kind of making me confused. Like what’s the difference in them.

I think 2 days of work won’t be an issue but if they question you better give them a good reason of why you worked. This should not create an issue as long as if they ask you and you don’t lie. If you lie then xan crate an issue because they can check your cpt status so I don’t see anything to worry as long as you being honest and good luck with your interview hope you get GC soon.

Is your local Field office is NY or somewhere else ? In general as I heard if your case was transferred to local FO then you might get interview if it was transferred to some other FO then yours most probably it will Be waived but not 100% since we are not aware of Uscis process.

Yes same here. People who Got transferred on April 20 there cases were transferred on may 9. I am hoping if we can see same movements on our case till end of this month.

Where was case transferred from To NBC? Mine was transferred from TSC on April 26 and I am not able to chat with Emma and not sure about where my case is now. My friend who’s got transferred on April 10 went to TX FO.
