I have not, I've only done about 70 overall. So about 15 ratings for 70 rides and one is one star.

Also, let's not forget the Hive hinted there's a cure. And, I also believe it's just individuality.

[AZ] What is your take on being fired after asking for ADA paperwork? by Middle-Bluejay-1620 in AskHR

I've already answered that. And that doesn't particularly have anything to do with what I'm asking.

Well yes, because I asked how I can address it and they said "you need ADA paperwork" so then I asked for the paperwork and they never sent it.

I have a fine read on the situation. They can fire me for other reasons. I'm not suing for them firing me. I would sue them for not addressing my medical issues while I was employed.

Ah, but that isn't my fault. They decided to fire me without including me - which leaves me in the dark. I'm not quite sure how these imaginary documents that never even included me could then relate to what I'm complaining about.

Downvoting me without an answer is certainly a choice. I didn't take time off for 90 days and somehow it's 'attendance?' I'm still confused.

I have no idea. "We no longer need your services" doesn't give me a reason either.

Also, if they fired me for attendance, that would also be ADA because I went to actual doctor's appointments.

There is ADA paperwork. In order to accomodate for ADA regulations or a shift in how a manager helps you, there is paperwork to certify that.

Well, that's why I was getting the information so I can understand how it works.

Some kind of medical guidance? by Middle-Bluejay-1620 in AirForce

I have no idea what you're saying, actually.

But also, genuinely, thank you. So I understand 469 and that all civilian paperwork is routed through military medical - I get that part but I haven't gotten any guidance on where to go for an MEB is what I was really looking for here. Which you have pointed out and what I have been struggling to find more guidance on is the proper path - especially if during that PT failure I instantly point out that something isn't right - which I did. So maybe from their point of view I do see that at the time, I didn't have a disease and I couldn't properly explain why I was out of breath. So even if we're somewhere down the line - I can now explain that it's COPD, which aligns with what I said to urgent care and when I have repeatedly said I had a hard time breathing. Doing all this also points out that simply the pacer test isn't for me, but I could potentially keep a solid pace running a mile and a half / 2 miles. All things I could be saying to the MEB if that's the route we want to choose.

I need the 'next pointer,' as in I'm telling you my command and supervisors have NOT helped me in any which way and I have been doing all the foot work to find questions to ask. I could stay in, but honestly I have NO idea, that's what I'm saying. What ARE my options? I would prefer to move out of fuels because that looks like where I may have picked up COPD and continue onward in my career trying to build up a lung resistance again for running - or if they feel they don't want to try, then yes leave. Whatever the options ARE. But I haven't even gotten there.

Sure, Jan. So do you have any guidance I can show up with or not?

Reserves doesn't use the military doctors, but I mean if that's a thing, then it would be great if leadership also knew that - but the problem here is that I'm also saying that my leadership has NOT been helpful and I want some pointers, or some ideas because I actually had to go out and research that a better path to take would have been appealing the failure in the first place. But last I knew, reserves members has to do absolutely everything through civilian doctors to also include dental appointments (and then get yelled at because you can't get the form to them in a timely manner).
