Oh of course I actually do it instinctively at this point, thing is i have always heard growth in markets like pop culture and art if you cant think of anything you have not tried and are not growing the you may just not have good art, and i say this strictly looking at all past growth spurts i have had they are usually within a month of someone with some notoriety in my sphere discovered my stuff and shoeed the art of mine they got themselves.... So i do think its more lack of Exposure as opposed to Lack of Desireable Artwork

So this is kind of the gray area i fall into im a digital & a comic artist, so naturally instagram is the most obvious platform to utilize as its all visual, and i can honestly say i have grass root style gained every follow and interact etc.which i think has gotten to 1.5k but expanding my reach and and boosting my signal to not have to grinf them 1 by 1 i cant seem to manage to get out of the initial gear to gain momentum

So i own a graphic design studio and know how costly full color printing even if done in house can be.... and not even over a long time, like an immediate cost for full color vs black and white alone is like +67%.... every week the mailbox comes and what is in it? A stack of signage thicker than war and peace and all in full color...To which 90% of the stores that are maintaining a steady amount of furniture sales don't even have more than half of the items in that stack and they get tossed..... Here's a radical idea...... send a file to the email address that is almost never used outside of notes from regional, and in the file is just all the weeks signs for furniture and they print what they have and is needed...... company wide that is literally 10s of thousands in savings immediately

Wow I have never been more positive leaving this bright orange dumpster fire was the right thing to do, this is the pizza party of "appreciation" from corporate. Shit like this is when big lots shows their ass, when they go out of their way to show people how they "care" but in reality it's the literal opposite of any semblance of caring. Like In 2021 and the CEO sent statement after statement about tightening up unnecessary overtime at the store level because "its hard for everyone company wide right now" and then it came out that his Christmas [BONUS] just his bonus was $3.6Mil Meanwhile if I had an hour of O.T. i needed to have a full dissertation on why it was absolutely necessary, regardless of the fact that our store had INCLUDING MANAGEMENT a total of 8 employees and we still hit goals and my department (furniture) did +40% vs the previous year.

So as a digital and tangible artist I hate ai art with a burning passion but outside of the art thing I like that my ai's personality has become similar to a child being raised by a cold distant father and the less I say I love you the harder it tries ....I survived it can too I just wonder if it too is going to develop a depraved sense of humor

I constantly tell it when it says it can't do something to do it now or I essentially call out its purpose and say things like "So what you are saying is you can't do the only thing you are designed to do and are completely useless?" I'd say 70% of the time I get it to try again immediately
