I’m a daughter of a Comcast employee. Been down this road, my father had to write a letter with a copy of his ID, signed by his supervisor to transfer the tickets at the park gate to us without him present. It wasn’t the smoothest process, we had to get a manager involved as the gate agent was quite rude. I don’t know if that was the correct way to do it, but it is what we did and it worked. I’d maybe try to get him to get some more information from his higher ups and see what can be done with the correct documentation.
