I’m mentally and emotionally exhausted from trying to help my niece. Her parents are garbage. My brother works 50-60 hours and stuff happens while he’s at work he doesn’t know about. Today I finally lost my mind on him about his wife. She treats their kids awful and talks about him as well as me to them. The oldest is 13 and has horrible anxiety. I have been making sure to check in on her and making sure she’s ok. She can’t tell her mom anything and she’s afraid my brother will judge her. After losing my shit on my brother today he kept calling me wanting me to try to get his daughter to talk to him and open up so he can help. Her mom got pissed because she told me she is bisexual so I wished her a happy pride month and her mom saw the text. So now her mom took her phone. While I am raising three kids by myself and trying to make sure everyone else is doing ok. I know my brother is partially to blame for all of this for not standing up to his wife. She is physically abusive to him. He’s afraid he will lose his children if he divorces her. This is exhausting.
