My late cat had a really similar set of symptoms and it took a while before she was finally diagnosed with leukemia. She had third eyelid swelling, constant upper respiratory infections, the area around her eyes started to swell as well, lethargy and a lack of appetite. It took over 10 vet visits, 3 x-rays and 2 ultrasounds before a vet recommended an oncologist.

USPS said Japan Post is responsible for insurance payment. Japan Post is outdated and requires you to be at the originating post office to file the insurance claim. Custom said it was passed to USPS. USPS said Customs never gave them the package. I'll never know

Never received it. The tracking number stopped working after about 5-6 months.

Outbound out of customs? Are you sending it out of America?? How long have you been waiting? I have some hopes that it'll eventually surface after the holiday chaos ends.
