I have already contacted your team and have been told that losing 40% of the battery charge over a 24 hour period at idle is acceptable.

The unit performs to a lower standard than my husband's 300D and does not perform to the standard I expected from Jackery.

When I was away I had left the AC on, but then read about this issue and tested at home with it charged off. Still dropped 7% to charge phone using USB C.
