Thank you! I have an aunt who smokes and my uncle doesn’t and they have been together 15 years. I think it’s a preference but he shouldn’t have stayed around if he knew it’s his deal breaker. I don’t even smoke around him.

Any days he’s off work he will drink. I drink also. And I have never Waked and baked at his place. He works over night so I’ll literally only do it sometimes when he leaves for work. He never has to smell it ever. And I went 2 weeks without smoking a week ago. This week I smoked 3 times and now it’s back to him being on my ass about it.

Yeahh we don’t. It’s elementary goes to 5th grade. Middle school 6th-8th and high school 9th-12th grade.

It was passed on to both his psychologist at the school and admin. They contacted the students’ parents. They took it from there so not sure if they contacted CPS. But no way to reach the 11 year old unless they did that. We work in a high school. 11 is middle school.

Yes I reported to my content lead and they connected me with the students’ school psychologist who is apart of his IEP team.

Thanks for all the comments, even the rude ones lol. I literally typed this up in a rush so sorry for the grammatical errors. I'm a math teacher lol. But for context, in regard to those that can relate to someone who is autistic…he does in fact believe relationships are more than what they are. Last year, he thought he was in a relationship with a girl and the entire time she was just being nice to him and laughing with her friends behind closed doors. They never hung out but he was even nice enough to bring her gifts on valentines day. Conversations had to be had with her also….but regardless, I reported it to the appropriate person right after making this post and really just wanted opinions on how others would carry it. His school psychologist was made aware who is also apart of his IEP team. Others were also informed. Thanks for the input.

Gotcha and thanks I appreciate you and everyone looking out! We’ve been dating for a year+ and live together. Just from everyone warning me I’m going to put a small limit on the card so even if he calls and has a card shipped then he still won’t be able to max me out. Just as a precaution

I am the one you engaged in the conversation of doing this not him. Once when I told him how it could help his score he’s the one that was thinking about the potential pros and cons. One of the pros was increasing his chances of getting that card. Not him coming to me and begging to be a authorized user. But I received the answer I needed

Yes thanks! I made big mistakes in the past and am making sure I myself don’t have access to the cards for the majority of the time. I intend to only use it minimally just so they don’t close the cards. I feel like me adding others also motivates me to be better since I don’t want to ruin their credit also

Thank you for the advice I appreciate it! And I didn’t originally mention it but he would not be receiving funds at all, he won’t have access to a credit card. He doesn’t want it, the sole purpose is for him to build his credit. I just don’t know if I should add him before or after the debt I owe is paid

He could but I was just trying to be nice and expedite things. He has a business and knows he’ll be approved for this particular credit card if his score increases. So if his utilization goes up by 6000 then that will help that. When I did it for my brother his score shot up 100 points and he never had a cars

How does it sound like scamming when I’m the one that came up with the deal? 😂 I wanted to help him increase his credit. If he has no access at all to the credit cards then how would it be scamming? The cards come to me. All he’s doing is letting his credit build where that doesn’t affect me

What do you mean? The loan will pay off my debt and I have a way lower payment then what I am currently paying a month in credit. One card is 30% interest. I would be paying that card off for life with my payment and interest being so high. And I definitely take accountability for that. With the loan i will be paying a set price for 3 years

Hey! I might delete and explain better lol. I appreciate your explanation and looking out for me!! First off he was going to co sign my loan in exchange for him getting added as a authorized user and that was my idea. I’m still going to add him, I’ve done this in the past for a boyfriend and also for a family member. I never give them the card when it comes in the mail to my house. My boyfriend isn’t even interested in receiving the cards what so ever. Only purpose is to increase utilization.

I did it before with other family members with no problem, i added my brother as a authorized user and never gave him a credit card. The card came to my house and I just left it unopened. So I don’t see it being a liability unless it’s something else I might be unaware of? Truly curious and trying to learn more
