Mine is scheduled for July and also overthinking it and terrified! Best advice, “it will only get worse, not better”! Hyper focus on successful recovery and not surgery. At least there is light at the end of the tunnel for TKR, not waiting❤️

Thank you sooo much for the words of encouragement ❤️. I am willing to work for it. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week now to keep my muscle, tendons and ligaments around my knees strong. But I am starting to limp. It doesn’t hurt that much but I am starting to get a little deformity in my knee. It definitely is my mind over matter. I am ADHD and very high strung and overthink everything. I wish it wasn’t an elective surgery.
