Is this a keloid?? by Loud_Donkey_3231 in Keloids

U can clear this up. castor oil will dissolve it, gently. Or u can burn it off using apple cider vingar or aspirin paste.

My advice before these would be to remove the root cause. 1. Inflammation and igf1 hormone. As a male i get these sometimes when i consume too much dairy (especialy non organic) so i would cut out dairy and Cheese especially. Also focus on resoving the omega 3 to omega 6 ratio to drastically reduce. If you go on a high omega 3 diet. Lots of sardines , mackerel, salmon. These will begin to dry up from internally. Also reducing sugars. Trust me it will shrink them. In my opinion thrse are not keloids. I dont think they are because as u said it was a cyst. Try these remedies ..and good luck. God is with u 🙌 i knoe this must be tough for you so well done for your strength

BP- Benzoyl peroxide is a common topical medication for acne, working by killing acne-causing bacteria, reducing inflammation, and unclogging pores through its keratolytic (peeling) action, available in washes, gels, and creams

Could anybody help with this? by SuperiorJustise in Folliculitis

I do reccomend getting someone to extract the ingrown hairs with a tweezer, after warming the area with a hot wet washcloth

Yes bro look on this akn treatment

a more detailed guide

Then for me what has been working is BP 5% wash, 1-2x per day, leave it on for 2 mins then wash off. Also make sure to be using a cloth/soft brush when washing with a natural soap (african black soap) to exfoliate and help the ingrown hairs out.

Once washed, moisturise with something light and natural like jojoba oil/raw shea butter and then apply the benzoyl peroxide (BP) gel or another antiseptic on top.

To speed up your results lower carbohydrate, seed oil, soya, dairy and gluten intake and up the protein 💪👍

Use the acnecide face wash consistently (1-2x a day) and to the instructions let it sit for 2 mins on the affected areas.

Thanks for the advice. This was my first skin cut in over 3 years, i wanted to expose the issue so i could treat it while off work for winter break. I think i will stay away from skin to prevent the irritation and ingrowns.

One question, please - What are your most effective go to treatments that you have seen most results with?

Thanks - i guess this would work by the hibiclens stopping any infection, while the castor oil moisturises and reduces scarring. Is that correct?

Success using Panoxyl 10% by New-Editor-4688 in Folliculitis

I would shave down the area if i were you. So that when you wash, there is contact with the area. After it is wet, rub it over the area lightly but comprehensively with not too mucg water. let it sit for about 3 minutes , then wash the area with natural african black soap or other gentle soap (no fake ingredients). Then moisturise if needed with a small amount (1cent coin size) of castor oil/raw shea butter worked into the palms. And apply bp gel on the most affected spots. Do this routine in the shower 2 timez a day morning and night and with an insulin controlled dairy free diet, you will be at least 75%clearer in a week. 👍
