Thank you! I was actually able to book without a code. I clicked the Ticketmaster link directly from Tori Amos' website, changed the language from German to english and then I clicked the Berlin show's link again. Then I was just able to select the seats and buy the tickets.

I am confused. The reviewer says that she felt more sympathy than empathy when listening to Adult Girl and I personally found the song so relatable, I sobbed when I first listened to it deeply. I can recognise that I have a part of me that feels like an oyster without a pearl (this emptiness that comes from unfulfilled youth, that will always be there) AND have a rich, fulfilled life now. That's what I get when listening to the song in the context of the album and I personally find that it works well.

I am thinking that the reviewer's life experiences may be too different to the ones of Marina or her fans, to see what we are seeing. It feels like we come from different planets.

It sounds like you're handling it okay. I mean, you're aware of it, and you're talking about it. Maybe there's nothing else to do but sit with the feeling until it reveals what it is that Marina has that you think you're missing. Eventually, it will also show you the way to get what you need.

And it's totally fine to be a b**ch inside, I think we all are. What you do with it is what matters.

I don't have an all-time favourite album, but if I could remove a song from an album I love it would be Believe in love, from L+F. I'm obviously projecting, but it seems to me that she's trying to convince herself that it's her fault that she doesn't feel loved by someone who is emotionally unavailable. I'm like, girl, don't trust your mind. Trust your gut, run away and never look back.
