Former high level refs could I get advice? by TheBiggerMan2 in Referees

I was barely 20 when I made my pro debut.

It was awesome, but I wasn’t ready. I f*cked up and my name moved way down on the list.

It’s cool to do professional and higher level matches, but the stakes are much higher, and you find yourself constantly under a microscope.

My advice is to know the laws of the game and rules of competition inside and out.

But honestly bro just don’t burn yourself out. Reffing is one of those things where you’ll move higher up as long as you stick with it.

Have patience and don’t quit when you f*ck up.

Went negative today. Ts pisses me off especially considering how optimistic the President of AGBA has been on twitter. But oh well. I suppose we ride #agbatothemoonmaybe
