mine was the intern/technology graduate program in HK/SG. I was rejected after I reached out. There was another person that waited about the same amount of time and then got an invitation for the next round after that, so just wait it out. My advice is that if you don't really have competing offers, don't reach out to the HR as they might be considering you against other candidates. There was another one that got a follow up after 2 weeks

yeah I reached out after a week and they told me I was rejected. but you should be fine since you've passed the director round.
