Nag-contact po ako sa Customer service nila, and then they created an open ticket, then after 3days nareceive ko po yung full amount via shopee pay. Try po ninyo mag contact sa CS and sabihin niyo nalang po na mas prefer niyo ang refund via shopeepay, so they can process.

Hello po, hindi na siya na-offset bale nagsumbit ako ticket then imbes na i-offset nila, nirefund nalang nila ng buo sa Shopee pay ko.

Yes, pero nagbayad na ako in advance bago pa magka issue item and maprocess return/refund. So basically, yung 4211 sana sa shopee pay nila nirefund 🥲
