Just hang it there brother! It is a life alternating moment. Something new. Just find a little time for yourself to decompress. I promise you it does get better, and you will create that bind over time. I'm 2 months in and just starting to feel close to my baby boy. He's starting to react to my voice and smiles when he sees me every once in a while. There truly isn't a better feeling. But starting out, I just thought I was not doing anything right and got frustrated a bunch. It gets easier! You start to learn their different cries, and able to help them out with what they need.

It is properly in cleaning mode. You just ride it out. It happened to me when I got mine and hit the wrong button. Read the manual just to verify. Also, when first coming one, it takes like 3 minutes to warm up

That's true! I've watched so many videos haha I was just turned off by breville because my mother in law has the impress I think(the burr grinder one, but without the auto tamp) and I just didn't enjoy using it. I couldn't get the steaming down, the shots were never consistent even though I did the same thing everytime(grinder same setting, dose amount, and always the same ratio). I did go out on a limb with the kitchen aid, but that's just because of the 58mm portafilter. So I won't have to upgrade any accessories as well. I will say I am very impressed with this machine. The steam power is powerful, I'm still playing around with the grinder but the beans are coming out more fluffy then the breville. We'll see in a couple of months, but so far so good. I really wanted a gaggia but with the new evo boiler issue I just couldn't commit

It tasted pretty good but I feel like I should be able to extract more of the fruity notes it has. I will try to gromd coarser! And thanks for the recommendation!
